What infrastructure elements are included in the project?

Sopho Tsamalashvili: MAQRO CITY Tbilisi is being developed over 100,000 m², approximately half of which is dedicated to green and recreational areas. These include four swimming pools, three tennis courts, two basketball courts, open and indoor fitness areas, cycling and jogging tracks, as well as children’s entertainment zones. This clearly demonstrates the company’s commitment to the green concept and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

As for office spaces, there will be flexible-designed offices tailored to meet the needs of both small and large companies.

Sales have already begun—can you share how the process is going?

Just two weeks after the official announcement of the project, over 700 apartments have already been sold—demonstrating the strength of our effective strategy, solid positioning, and high level of customer trust. In the early sales phase, buyers could purchase apartments at the most favorable price—this is a key part of our strategy. Price increases are scheduled in phases, directly tied to sales pace and volume. From the current results, it’s clear apartments sell quickly, making price increases practically inevitable. Therefore, we encourage customers to act fast, as we can definitively say: “prices will rise.”

What is the starting price per residential square meter and what are the purchase conditions at this stage?

As always, during the pre‑sales phase, MAQRO DEVELOPMENT offers special conditions. At this stage, buyers can purchase at a price starting from USD 1,250 per m². We offer in‑house interest‑free installment plans with monthly payments from USD 900, and a down payment starting from just 20%.

How will the apartments be delivered to future residents?

Future residents will receive apartments fully finished. This means painted walls, laminated flooring, aluminum windows and sliding doors, ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom, underfloor heating; a furnished kitchen with built‑in appliances—oven, stove, and extractor.
