"Maqro City Tbilisi" Multifunctional Complex

Multifunctional Residential Complex in Tbilisi

“Maqro City Tbilisi” is the first development in Georgia to bring the Swiss brand Mövenpick Living concept to the market.

As part of this concept, a 240-room Mövenpick hotel will be built on the complex territory. Though, the services it’ll provide won’t be reserved exclusively for hotel guests — residents will be able to use them too. They’ll have access to the hotel restaurant and café, the fitness gym and the spa, etc. — a lot of everyday comforts available right on their doorstep.

Buy an Apartment with a Zero-Interest Internal Installment Plan
