“Maqro City Tbilisi” is a new premium development in Georgia’s capital city, Tbilisi. Currently under construction at 30 Noe Ramishvili Street, it will take up a territory of about 100,000 m². The development is primarily for residential use, with approximately 4000 apartments once it’s fully finished. The plan is to have the construction conclude in two separate phases.
