New Contemporary Residential Complex Under Construction

“Maqro City Tbilisi” is a new premium development in Georgia’s capital city, Tbilisi. Currently under construction at 30 Noe Ramishvili Street, it will take up a territory of about 100,000 m². The development is primarily for residential use, with approximately 4000 apartments once it’s fully finished. But, overall, it’ll be a mixed-use complex, bringing together homes, recreational spaces, commercial areas and office space — all on one territory. The plan is to have the construction conclude in two separate phases. The first group of blocks (C1, B1, C4, C9, C7, A1, A2, C3, B2) is scheduled to be finished 2028, and the remaining blocks will be completed in 2029.
