MAQRO Development Unveils Ambitious New Urban Project - "Maqro City Tbilisi"

On June 14, MAQRO Development officially presented its newest large-scale urban project, “Maqro City Tbilisi”, marking the beginning of sales for what is being called an unprecedented development in Georgia’s real estate sector.

Speaking at the event, Emrah Uçar, member of the Supervisory Board of MAQRO Group, highlighted the scale, accessibility, and investment value of the new project:

“The complex will span 100,000 square meters, with 19 blocks and a total construction area of 350,000 square meters. Our goal is to make this project accessible to everyone, which is why we’ve introduced flexible payment plans.
