Strategic Location and Multifunctional Infrastructure
Location — Samgori district — is another strong argument in favor of the project. From 30 Noe Ramishvili Street, where the complex is currently under construction, it takes around 8 minutes to reach the city center and about 15 minutes to get to Tbilisi International Airport. A public transport stop is roughly a five-minute walk away. The surrounding area of Samgori district is fully developed and provides all the necessary everyday infrastructure — schools, kindergartens, medical facilities and shopping centers.
That said, the complex area is designed in a way that’ll allow the residents to get basic services, relax and occupy their free time either with exercise or leisure without having to leave the territory, at all. The recreational zone will take up 45,169 m² — almost half of the overall complex area. People who like to stay active will have four swimming pools, three tennis courts, two basketball courts, as well as cycling and running tracks to make the best use of their time.
Aside from the residential and recreational areas, the complex will also have designated spaces for commercial areas and office spaces. And, on top of all this, the complex will also host the first hotel from the Swiss Mövenpick network in Tbilisi.
