"Maqro City Tbilisi" Multifunctional Complex

Maqro Development is developing a new large-scale project. This new residential complex, “Maqro City Tbilisi” is being constructed at 30 Noe Ramishvili Street and covers an area of 100,000 sq.m. The plan is for the complex to deliver 4,000 premium-quality apartments, with 45,169 sq.m to be allocated to recreational zones. Construction Quality And Standards

Maqro Development is using B35-grade concrete and aerated concrete blocks in construction. These materials are going to add strength to the structure and make it resistant to earthquakes of up to 8 points, thus fully complying with seismic standards. To ensure stability, high-rise buildings are constructed using piling. 40 cm thick walls are to follow along the outer perimeter as means to provide stronger thermal insulation.

Maqro Development also believes that sound insulation is essential for comfortable cohabitation, with construction adding 20 cm thick partition walls between apartments. To prevent technical inconvenience for residents, each block will be equipped with an individual generator and a water reservoir.
